How does TDM work?
For each order received, TDM will assign a senior engineer who will together with his team be responsible for finding the Complete Intelligent Solution. This involves the following stages:
Identifying the problem: The first step is to explore and understand what is to be achieved through the project and in what environment it
is going to be implemented. This might bring in new aspects on the matter and will also bridge any communication gap between the client and TDM.
Planning: A time schedule and an estimation of the costs of the project will be made in consort with the client. Since an assignment normally involves breaking new ground, the schedule and the estimate will be tentative.
Following up: The progress of the project will be continuously monitored and discussed at the TDM general engineering meetings. This will also expose the project to the combined expertise of the engineers not working directly with the project.
Building in quality: The project will be continuously followed by the
QA Engineer to ensure that quality is built into the project.
Adding additional properties: The final Project will also be attended to by TDM's experts on

| Graphicsand presentations to ensure that the legends and instructions displayed on the products are easily readable, |
| Design to ensure that the end product is aesthetically pleasing giving adequate attention to man-machine interface. |
| Safety to ensure that the users are not exposed to any hazards by the equipment.
